Secondary Focus: US schools survey
International students at US secondary schools increased during the most recent academic year, with Asian and Latin American students making up the majority of the nationalities. Chinese students were the top nationality followed by Mexican.

- The total number of international students at all the schools was 9,727.
- International student numbers increased by 30 per cent between 2020/21 and 2021/22.
- International student numbers ranged from six to 8,200 at individual schools.
